Welcome To Tom’s All American 

                              Started by two Johns and Pit Master Nick, you’d think our name would be anything but Tom’s All-American. So why Tom’s? It’s an homage to Big John’s late Grandfather Athanasios “Tom” Dragatsikas whose first diner was dubbed the All-American diner in the 1970s in Allentown. He taught John the value of hard work, entrepreneurship, and how to make a whole lot of something out of nothing. So, that’s what we do everyday – we make everything from scratch. From our sauces to our sides, and our freshly smoked meats, we strive to make some of the best BBQ this side of the Mississippi. That’s the good news … the bad news, once we run out for the day, that’s all she wrote. We want to deliver great tasting food that’s top quality, and in order for that to happen, we can’t have things just sitting around for hours on end.
